Together with the enigmatic and knows-everything-but-tells-nothing government agent Emerson Hauser, they uncover the secret of Alcatraz that the government kept. After learning that Sylvanne is alive and freely interacting with everyone in the streets of San Francisco and killing spreely. But the most revealing here is that, Sylvanne might not be the last inmate from Alcatraz which is still alive, for there might be more to come that will endanger the lives of many people. And all of these stuff lies on the hand of Madsen and Sotto, but how will they be able to save everyone against the most dangerous and highly condemned criminals of the world.

Conan, the Detective Boys, Ran Mouri, Kogoro Mouri, and Sonoko Suzuki travel to Kitanosawa and enjoy the day playing. They are introduced to a group of locals; their names are Keisuke Yamao, Mizuki Tono, Fuyumi Tachihara, Takehiki Muto, and Shogo Hikawa. The group reveals they were all childhood friends and were part of the group which relocated to the new village. They also reveal its their first gathering in eight years since Yamao was in prison for killing Tono's sister, Natsuki Tono, in a hit and run. The next day, Tachihara's son, Touma Tachihara, awakens from his eight year coma with no memory of his accident. Later that day, Hikawa is found dead in a field.

Madge and her children relocate to a house in Dorset where the caretaker (The Doctor) shows them around. During the night Cyril wants to go and look at a large present under the Christmas tree. As Lily sneaks out she goes upstairs into The Doctor's room, and requests to know what he is doing, Cyril sneaks out of bed and goes downstairs. He opens the parcel and climbs in, and emreges in a snowy Forest. The Doctor follows with Lily. In the Forest baubles begin to grow from the trees, and it seems Cyril is following footprints that are getting bigger. Cyril enters a large lighthouse-like building. Madge searches the house for Lily and Cyril and wonders into the forest Cyril sees a throne with a wooden statue of a king on it. Madge is confronted by three people in space suits. She begins to cry and the people place their weapons on the ground, whereupon Madge draws a revolver and forces them to help find her children. The Doctor and Lily enter the building and look for Cyril. On their spaceship, the people in space suits tell Madge that her children are in grave danger, as acid rain is about to dissolve the whole forest into fuel.

In the building, The Doctor and Lily see Cyril sitting on a throne, with a halo around his head and a wooden statue of a queen. The statues use Cyril to talk through and say they are scared. Madge makes it to the building, where she is reunited with her children and The Doctor, Madge places the halo on her head, and she absorbs the spirits of the entire forest into her head. The top of the building takes off into the time vortex. The forest has escaped the pollution because of Madge taking it into another place in time. The Doctor implores Madge to remember her home and she recalls when Lily and Cyril where born, and when she met Reg, but refuses to view the moment when Reg died. Lily and Cyril are confused about what her Mother means, then suddenly a burst of light engulfs them. They wake up back on Earth, where it is Christmas Day and everything is normal, Madge is about to break the news of their Father's death to Lily and Cyril, when The Doctor calls them to come out and see, on the lawn is Reg's Lancaster. He climbs out and runs towards his Family.

Subsequently, as the Arwells celebrate Christmas, The Doctor is about to leave when Madge rushes to the TARDIS and demands The Doctor stay for Christmas, but changes her mind when he talks of friends who think he is dead, and tells him to visit them.

In the Present on Christmas Day, The Doctor visits Amy and Rory. Amy tells The Doctor that they always set a space at the table for him and invite him in for dinner. The Doctor pauses to wipe a tear of joy from his eye, then joins them.

Former Corrie hunk Rob, 35, said: "I was nervous about it because I can't actually dance — unless it's breakdancing. Maggie was OK though. We had a laugh.

"I stood on her toe and got the death-ray glare but I got through it. It was extremely nerve-racking."

His clumsy efforts could be down to the fact he missed the start of rehearsals — to get his hair cut.

Rob added: "Due to the fact I was having a 'Thomas haircut' that day, I missed the first 30 minutes of rehearsals and found that I couldn't keep up.

"I have two left feet and cannot waltz or indeed dance for toffee. But we had a laugh and she was so great. I think she humoured me and my two left feet."

Rob, who first found fame as Liam Connor in Coronation Street, added: "I suggested we do the lift from Dirty Dancing but she wasn't convinced I had the upper-body strength."

Rob already gets shouted at by pensioners for Thomas's misdeeds and endless scheming with ladies' maid Sarah O'Brien (Siobhan Finneran) but he admits most fans love to hate him and are annoyed when he shows his softer side.

He said: "It's pantomime-esque, playful banter. I go into a post office and get booed and families give me a hard time in cafes — but sometimes they offer to pay for coffee! So it works both ways.

Rob insists he has no idea what is in store for series three, which starts filming in February.

He said: "Whatever come along, we'll see what happens. Becoming a valet would be all right since he's been going on about it for more than two series."

The show has been a huge success around the world and dubbed into many languages.

Thor Plot:

In 970 A.D., Odin (Anthony Hopkins), king of Asgard, wages war against the Frost Giants of Jotunheim and their leader Laufey (Colm Feore), to prevent them conquering the Nine Realms, starting with Earth. The Asgardian warriors defeat the Frost Giants and seize the source of their power, the Casket of Ancient Winters.

In the present, Odin's son Thor (Chris Hemsworth) prepares to ascend to the throne of Asgard as King but is interrupted when the Frost Giants attempt to retrieve the Casket. Against Odin's order, Thor travels to Jotunheim to confront Laufey, accompanied by his brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston), childhood friend Sif (Jaimie Alexander) and the Warriors Three: Volstagg (Ray Stevenson), Fandral (Joshua Dallas) and Hogun (Tadanobu Asano). A battle ensues which forces Odin to intervene and save their lives, destroying the fragile truce between the two races. For his arrogance, Odin strips Thor of his godly power and exiles him to Earth, accompanied by his hammer - and source of his power - Mjolnir, now protected by a spell to allow only the worthy to wield it.

Thor arrives in New Mexico and is found by scientist Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), her assistant Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings) and mentor Dr. Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard) while Mjolnir is discovered by agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) (this first seen in the post-credits scene of Iron Man 2) and confiscated by S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson forcibly acquires Jane's data about the wormhole that delivered Thor to Earth. Thor, having discovered the location of Mjolnir, attacks the S.H.I.E.L.D facility to retrieve it, only to find himself unable to lift it, and is captured by S.H.I.E.L.D. He is eventually freed and resigns himself to exile on Earth as he develops a romance with Jane.

Meanwhile, Loki discovers that he is Laufey's son and was adopted by Odin after the war ended. When Odin, overcome with stress, falls into the Odinsleep - a prolonged period of deep sleep to recuperate - Loki becomes king and offers Laufey the chance to kill Odin as well as retrieve the Casket. Sif and the Warriors Three, unhappy with Loki's rule, attempt to discover a way to end Thor's exile, convincing Heimdall (Idris Elba), gatekeeper of the Bifröst Bridge - the means of travelling between worlds - to allow them passage to Earth. Aware of their plan, Loki sends the Destroyer, a seemingly-indestructible automaton, to pursue them and kill Thor. Sif and the Warriors Three find Thor but are attacked and defeated by the Destroyer, forcing Thor to sacrifice himself to save them and Jane. In doing so, he proves himself worthy to wield Mjolnir, and the hammer returns to him, restoring his powers and allowing him to defeat the Destroyer before he prepares to return to Asgard and confront Loki.

In Asgard, Loki betrays and kills Laufey, revealing his true plan to use their attempt on Odin's life as an excuse to destroy Jotunheim with the Bifröst Bridge and prove himself worthy to Odin. Thor arrives and fights his brother before destroying the Bifröst Bridge to stop his plan, stranding himself in Asgard. Odin awakens and prevents the brothers from falling into the abyss created in the wake of the Bifröst Bridge's destruction, but Loki, believing he has failed Odin, allows himself to fall to his apparent death. Thor makes amends with Odin, admitting he is not ready to be King, while on Earth Jane and her team search for a way to open a portal to Asgard so that Jane can reunite with Thor.

In a post-credits scene, Dr. Selvig is taken to a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility where he meets Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Fury asks Selvig to study the recently-discovered Cosmic Cube, which holds untold power, to which Selvig agrees.
